Panels occur within designated convention rooms in the hotel and require minimal to no adjustments to room seating or special consideration from the venue. For events occurring outside the hotel or a designated panel room, please submit your ideas to the Special Event application when it opens.
Panelists must have a badge to host a panel at NeighCon 2026. Badges can be purchased on our registration page. Complimentary attendee Badges are not included with accepted panels |

| Panel Explanation Describe the panel to us in your own words. New and exciting ideas are preferred along with details about execution. Panels relating to My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, MLP in general, and the MLP fandom are strongly encouraged. Even if your panel is not really possible in a traditional 'mic and theater setup' setting we will work with alternative venues and options. All panels must adhere to the NeighCon Code of Conduct. Panels with explicit or otherwise adult content are permitted, but must be labelled as such. Please mention if you plan to include adult content of any kind. |

| Panel Content Rating Provide a rating of how explicit the content of the panel will be. Please keep you panel to the rating you select. Misrepresentation of panel content may lead to cancellation of the panel and/or further consequences. If you need to change your panel's rating, you can let us know by emailing [email protected]. |

| Charity/Ticketed Panel If you intend on collecting funds during your panel whether to raise funds for our current charity, your own charity, or to cover the costs of putting on the event please let us know how you plan to do it. |

| Intended Panel Duration How long do you intend for your panel to run? Most panels run for about 60 min, however longer or shorter panels are permitted. Do note that longer panels are harder to schedule around and may make your panel less likely to be accepted. If you have a shorter time you can make work, please include it in the panel explanation section. |

| Are you a NeighCon Vendor? Please let us know if you are a vendor at NeighCon 2026 (or have applied to be one) so we can avoid scheduling conflicts with vendor hall hours. |

Panel Logistics |
| Time Preference Please select your preferred times for hosting the panel. All times listed are in ET (Baltimore time). If no times are selected, we will assume that you have no preference.

| Conflict Times Preferred panel times are not guaranteed. Please select which times you absolutely cannot do. If you would like to include more detail about an order of time preferences and conflicts then please include those details in another part of the application. If new conflicts arise, please email [email protected]. If no times are selected, we will assume that you have no conflicts.

| Other Scheduling Constraints Let us know if you have any other personal or external constraints on the scheduling of your panel. Such as another event you will be attending during the con or a requirement that the panel occur before some other panel. |

If you are inexperienced that will not be held against you, but it may help us get a better idea of who you are and how we might best support you.
